Oh my gosh! We are just excited to see you all having a great time with us and the fabulous creations you are making! It’s absolutely fantastic!!
This week’s challenge will put some hair on your chest! LOL
With shrove Tuesday around the corner, what great inspiration for a card other than Mardi Gras!! WAHOOO!! With it’s bold, bright colours and many textures, there’s so much to draw from and it’s a PERFECT Drunken Stampers Challenge fit!! (Unsure about what an inspiration picture challenge is? Click on the Challenges Page for more info!)
For Drunken Stampers Challenge #3 (DSCB3), create a new card using the Mardi Gras picture below for inspiration.
Into the hard stuff??? Well how about a single shot? Then ALSO use 3 different kinds of embellishments from the following only (acetate, beads, brads, buttons, feathers, glitter in any form, Flower Soft, rhinestones, pearls, piercing, flowers, lace, glossy/matte/crackle/sepia Ranger accents, crackle paint, ribbon). (ie. 3 different flowers only count as one embellishment, except for the different Ranger accents)
Or maybe you just want to push your limits further and want a double??? Then instead of using 3 kinds of embellishments use at least 6 from the list above!!
This challenge is entirely up to you! (You can do the inspiration challenge alone or in addition add 3 or 6+ embellishments from the list.)
(FYI, DS trivia…it wasn’t easy to find an interesting Mardi Gras pic that wouldn’t bump the blog into the “age verification required” bracket!! LOL)
For more details about the cards, click on the designer’s name 😀

How cool is that?? All entries to be considered for the prize pack must be listed in Mister Linky by the date and time below and also the card may not be combined with other challenges. (just for this challenge as we’re giving goodies away 😀 ) Here’s the booty of bling!! ($50+ of shiny, sparkly, blingy goodness!!) Spread the joy, shout out and let your friends know!
Happy Stamping!!! Drunken stamping is much more fun with friends!! Come play with us!!
After you have finished your wonderful creations, please share them with us.

You have until Friday, Feb. 19th at 11:59 PST to post your link. It’s not a race or anything, you are more than welcome to play anytime, Mr. Linky just moves on to the next challenge.
