It was so great to see everyone’s ribbon projects! It gets you thinking of all that wonderful ribbon that needs a lovin’!
For this weeks challenge we’re going 3D! Whether you call it Paper Tole, 3D Decoupage or?
Here’s the definition from wisegeek.com : “Paper tole, also known as three-dimensional decoupage, is the art of handcrafting three-dimensional pictures from flat prints. Paper tole art is created by skillfully cutting, shaping, and assembling pieces of paper layered onto an image until a three-dimensional version of the image emerges.”
So as we Drunken Stampers know that you are all skillful crafters! Wahoo!!! This week create your own paper tole (3D decoupage art) in 3 or more layers from scratch! (Sorry gals, those pre-printed, pre-made kits don’t count) Whether you decide to use a stamp or some patterned paper, match the images up and layer them.
